This show was originally meant to take place on Thursday 10th March, but it had to be postponed due to illness.
***All tickets from the previous date are valid for the new show.***
Born into a musical family, singer Cindy Wasserman’s bro is none other than Grammy-winning bassist Rob Wasserman (Lou Reed, Elvis Costello, Bob Weir), in fact the whole band’s pedigree includes touring duties with the likes of Shelby Lynne, Tracy Chapman, Lucinda Williams and Rod Stewart. No shortage of musical chops, then … And with latest album Honey And Salt produced by Grammy winner Richard Dodd (Tom Petty, George Harrison, Steve Earle, Traveling Wilburys), San Diego’s DRW have a heavy, late 60s California country-rock feel with a reckless garage twist. No line dancing going on here (!), their X-meets-Wilco a dream combination for fans of roots-inspired, punk-spirited rock.

Mr H presents Woody Mann with support from David Ward Maclean
Among guitarists and critics, considered a modern master and while the blues are his touchstone, Woody Mann draws from every direction blurring the lines between jazz, blues, classical, and world music creating his own sound in the process. Tutored by legendary blues, gospel and ragtime guitarist Reverend Gary Davis and going on to eleven albums and worldwide touring and acclaim. Dazzling and technically flawless finger style guitar and powerful storytelling in musical form. Unmissable!
Legendary York musician David Ward Maclean is one of the true veterans of York's thriving music scene. Beautiful, emotive songs and flawless guitar playing – mesmerising would be an understatement. Performing songs from his newest release 'The Wreckers', expect the very best.
