Greg Davies is a former drama teacher, now one third of the We Are Klang troupe. And as a solo stand-up, he was nominated for best breakthrough act at the 2007 Chortle Awards and best compere in the 2008 awards.
He is, however, probably best known as playing Mr Gilbert in The Inbetweeners. We Are Klang have been a successful comedy troupe since 2004, winning countless awards and getting their own TV show on BBC Three last year. Greg Davies is clearly the star though and is developing his own solo career with numerous TV appearances including on Mock the Week, 8 out of 10 Cats and Never Mind the Buzzcocks. Make sure you catch him before he gets any bigger!
