Justin Grounds + The Mountaineering Club
Nomadic electro-acoustic musician and singer Justin Grounds grew up in England, where he learnt classical violin and clarinet as well as of guitar, piano, saxophone, percussion, and played in various orchestras and bands including touring and recording with the legendary drum’n’bass collective keiretsu. He then went travelling with laptop and mics through America, Canada and Hawaii, recording and writing with everyone he met along the way. This journey eventually lead him to Melbourne, Australia, where he released albums ‘Francesco’ (2006) and ‘Love is Strong as Death’ (2007) on indie label Creative Vibes.
